المشاکل السلوکية اثناء تناول الوجبات وارتباطها بالمشکلات السلوکية لدى اطفال اضطراب طيف التوحد بالروضة والمرحلة الابتدائية

          تعتبر المشکلات السلوکية اثناء وجبات الطعام من أکثر الاهتمامات السائدة المرتبطة باضطراب طيف التوحد عند الأطفال. وقد وصف عدد قليل من الباحثين السلوکيات اثناء اوقات الوجبات ومشکلات التغذية و نادرًا ما قد فحصوا علاقتها بتشخيص اضطراب طيف التوحد وأعراضه والبيئة المحيطة. الهدف: استکشاف ارآء  اولياء الامور السعوديين عن المشاکل السلوکية الشائعة اثناء اوقات الوجبات للأطفال ذوي لتوحد باستخدام أداة مقننة لقياس المشکلات السلوکية اثناء وجبات الطعام لدى الأطفال ذوي التوحد. الطريقة: کانت هذه الدراسة عبارة عن دراسة مستعرضة وصفية استخدمت المقياس الموجز للسلوکيات اثناء الوجبات لدى ذوي التوحد (BAMBI) واستبيان نقاط القوة والصعوبات (SDQ). النتائج: شارک في الدراسة سبعة وخمسون ولي امر لأطفال من ذوي التوحد. وکشفت الدراسة أن الأطفال ذوي التوحد في المملکة العربية السعودية لا يظهرون بشکل عام مشاکل سلوکية مفرطة ولا توجد علاقة کبيرة بين المشکلات السلوکية أثناء تناول الطعام والمشکلات السلوکية العامة لدى الأطفال ذوي التوحد في المملکة العربية السعودية. الخلاصة: توجد مشکلات سلوکية متعلقة بالتغذية لدى الأطفال ذوي التوحد وأن فهم هذه السلوکيات يمکن أن يکون الخطوة الأولى لتصميم التدخلات المناسبة لإعلام وتثقيف الأطفال وأولياء أمورهم حول العادات الصحية لتناول الطعام و التي يمکن أن تقلل من الضغوطات على الوالدين.
