الکفاءة الذاتية في الترجمة کمتنبيء بقلق الترجمة

استهدفت الدراسة الإجابة عن السؤالين البحثيين الآتيين:

ما مستوى قلق الترجمة من الإنجليزية وإليها لدى طلاب الفرقتين: الثالثة، والرابعة بقسم اللغة الإنجليزية بجامعة فاروس بالإسکندرية؟
إلى أي مدى يمکن لمستوى الکفاءة الذاتية لأفراد العينة أن ينبيء عن مستوى قلق الترجمة لديهم؟

وقد شارک في الدراسة (104) طالب وطالبة من المقيدين بفصل الخريف للعام الجامعي 2018/2019؛ بنسبة (45.19%) من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة، و(54.81%) من طلاب الفرقة الرابعة؛ بإجمالي عدد إناث، بلغت نسبته (70.19%)، وذکور بنسبة (29.81%).
واستخدم الباحث مقياس الکفاءة الذاتية العام (GSE)، واختبار قلق الترجمة (TAT)؛ لدراسة العلاقة بين المتغيرين موضع الدراسة.
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة:

تعرُّض (52.80%) من أفراد العينة بدرجة منخفضة، و(47.20%) منهم لمستوى متوسط؛ من قلق الترجمة في الوقت الذي لم يعاني أي من عينة الدراسة مستويات قلق مرتفعة في أثناء عملية الترجمة؛ الأمر الذي يعني تعرُّض (100%) من أفراد العينة لقلق الترجمة بدرجات متفاوتة.
وجود ارتباط عکسي ذي دلالة إحصائية في العلاقة بين قلق الترجمة لدى أفراد العينة، وکفاءتهم الذاتية في الترجمة؛ حيث أوضحت المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج أن ارتفاع مستويات الکفاءة الذاتية لأفراد العينة يوازيه انخفاض في مستويات قلق الترجمة لديهم، والعکس صحيح.
