القيادة الأخلاقية لقادة المدارس من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مدينة حفر الباطن

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية القيادة الأخلاقية في المؤسسات التربوية، بالإضافة إلى معرفة مدى تطبيق قادة المدارس للقيادة الأخلاقية من وجهة نظر المعلمين. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (٤٣٧) من معلمين ومعلمات التعليم العام بمدينة حفر الباطن. استخدمت الباحثة استبانة مکونة من ٣٦ فقرة لمعرفة درجة ممارسة قادة المدارس للقيادة الأخلاقية من وجهة نظر المعلمين. تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج (SPSS ) الاحصائي وذلک من خلال بعض الأساليب الإحصائية مثل التکرارات، النسب المئوية، المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية. أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى ممارسة قادة المدارس للقيادة الأخلاقية بأبعادها الستة: العدالة، المشارکة في السلطة، وضوح الأدوار، التوجه بالأشخاص، النزاهة، والتوجيه الأخلاقي مرتفع بدرجة کبيرة عند مستوى دلالة (α <0.05). تمت مناقشة النتائج وتقديم التوصيات بناءً على تحليل البيانات والاستنتاجات.
