Free Will and Sense of Humor and Forgiveness as Predictors of Psyachological Well-Being among Faculty of Education Staff Members.

Abstract

The Present study aimed at investigating the ability of Free-will , sense of humor and forgiveness to prediet the degree of psychological well-being among Faculty of Education staff members . The reseorcliei used the following tools to collect data: AFree-will scale, Sense of Humor Scale, A Forgiveness Scale,and Psychological well-being Scale wlricl  were prepared and administered by the outher on a (n=92) participants.The study study showed a correlatival relationship between the total score of psychological well-being and free will ,sens of humor , and forgiveness. The study indicated that 74٪ of the difference in the psychological well-being scores can be interpreted  brough free will , sens of humor and forgiveness .How be stated that free-will mat contribute with a coefficient of (,79) ,sens of humor with a coefficient of (,31) ,self-forgiveness with a coefficient of (,41) , forgiveness others with a coefficient of (,106) in predicting the dgree of psychological well-being  among participants of the study .
