The current study aimed at investigating the role of the school leadership in adjusting the students’ behavior during the time of prayer. The study adopted the descriptive method and made use of a questionnaire for collecting data. The participants of the study were randomly selected form the secondary school leaders in Riyadh city totaling (118). The results of the study revealed that of the most important administrative roles in adjusting the students’ behavior during the prayer time are setting up committee of prayer selected from the efficient teachers and students, distributing the tasks among the school workers to perform their roles in organizing the prayer performance, coordinating the efforts between the administrative and teaching staffs in the schools to supervise the prayer performance. The result also revealed that the most procedural roles were preparing the places of ablution to be sufficient and clean and to have enough water, the attendance of the manager or vice manager and some supervisors in the mosque before the prayer time to guide and instruct the students especially during the first days; besides, following up the application of the rules and regulations precisely and providing suitable environment in the place of prayer concerning the sound system and the fresh air. On the other hand, the results of the research showed that the difficulties encountered by the leaders concerning their role of adjusting the student behavior during the prayer time were that some students neglect the solemnity on going form their classes to perform prayer, few teachers and students do not perform the Sunnah prayer, and the lack of cooperation among the teachers and the administrative staff in the school to adjust the students behavior.
