The degree of learning organization dimensions in the Jordanian Ministry of Education from the viewpoint of its employees

Abstract

The study aimed to determind degree of practicing dimensions of the educated organization in the Jordanian Ministry of Education. The descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire of 7 domains and 58 words was applied to a 234 participants randomly selected. The results showed that the degree of practicing dimensions of the educated organization in the Jordanian Ministry of Education was medium. The results also revealed differences among responses of employees according to the job variable, and there is no significant differences according to other variables (gender, field of work, qualification, and years of service). The study provided recommendations to the Ministry of Education to reinforce the concept of the educated organization dimensions, and the dissemination of culture among employees through training courses, and organizing specialized practicing workshops.
