The effectiveness of educational supervision in the development of professional competencies of kindergarten teachers in light of quality standards

Abstract

Educational supervision is a humanitarian democratic process and represents the essence of the educational process in kindergartens. It aims to develop the professional growth of kindergarten teachers and to provide various technical services including teacher, learner and the educational environment to achieve comprehensive growth and improve educational conditions. Hence the current research to determine the effectiveness of educational supervision in the development of professional competencies For the teachers of kindergartens in light of the quality standards and provide a suggested scenario for the role of educational supervision in the development of professional competencies in the light of quality standards. The current study was based on the evaluation studies and was based on the survey methodology (68) teachers distributed in the number of (34) teaching hall and the number of (15) schools in the administration of Kafr El Dawar educational and the study reached a proposed vision for the effectiveness of educational supervision in the development of professional competencies of the kindergarten teacher in light of the criteria Quality (planning skills - implementation - management of the classroom - management of aspects of learning - communication - ethics of the profession - professional development - assessment competencies(
