Abstract

The study aimed at uncovering obstacles to the use of real in the evaluation of the performance of university students from the point of view of faculty members and students. The disability diagnosis scale was applied to a sample of 944 members of the Faculty of Education, of whom 796 were distributed among 304 males, 492 females and 184 members. The faculty consists of 82 male and 66 female faculty members. After conducting the appropriate statistical analysis, many results were achieved, including: the existence of obstacles that prevent the effective use of the real assessment in the evaluation of the university student, including obstacles related to students and system constraints Of the educational process and obstacles to faculty members
There is a difference between the views of all members of the faculty and students towards the obstacles of using the real calendar, in all dimensions of the scale with different paragraphs.
There was a difference in the level of 0.05 in the responses of the study sample of the students about the obstacles of using real evaluation methods according to the variable of the department. In the end, the study reached a set of solutions to overcome the obstacles that prevent the use of real assessment methods from the perspective of both faculty members and students .
