Abstract

The research aims to measure the different sides of ethical leadership at all the kindergartens found in the West of Cairo, from the point of view of the teachers. The sample in the field study is made up of (67) women teachers and the questionnaire refers to the six dimensions of ethical leadership:integerity, justice, sharing, ethical guidance, care and role clarification. The results reveal an average degree of practice in the greater number of the dimensions, and some recommendations and tactics are given that can very well help in improving preschool education in the light of the ethical standards suggested all through.
