The current research aims to identify education governance in kindergarten institutions, and identify the most comprehensive quality requirements. It points out the new roles imposed by the overall quality requirements on kindergarten institutions to apply education governance, and determine the challenges that face education governance in kindergarten institutions. It demonstrates the ways to overcome the challenges of applying education governance in kindergarten institutions. It submits a suggested model to apply education governance in kindergarten institutions in light of the overall quality requirements. The researcher used in this research descriptive and analytical approach. The research sample consists of (102) principals of the institutions of the kindergarten from the eight educational departments: East, and Montazah, Central, West, and customs, and Amiriyah, the Burj Al Arab, and Ajmi. The researcher used a questionnaire to identify the role of the school's administration in education governance in institutions of kindergarten. The researcher was able to determine the challenges of education governance in kindergarten institutions and was able to understand the viewpoint of kindergarten institutions managers for ways to overcome the challenges of education governance. The researcher suggested a proposal to apply education governance in kindergarten institutions in light of the overall quality requirements.
