The impact of total quality management on the performance of teachers in the Department of Education in the Second Blue Reasign

Abstract

The study aimed at identify in the impact of the overall quality on the performance of teachers in the Department of Education for the Scound  Blue reaesin  Study sample consisted of (340) teachers, The study used a descriptive and analytical approach, where it was applied during the academic year 2015 / 2016. The study used a questionnaire consisted  of (43) items distributed on four areas. After data analysis of the study showed the following results:
 
              The level of performance of teachers in , the department of education in the Second Blue was high where the average was (3.78) .
              The order of fcelds of study was an follows:
1-                   Participatim of teachers to improve puality of performance.
2-       Improvement and development are going on .
3-                Top management are cominted to improve puality of performance.
4-       Teachers, satisfaction .

The are Statisti cally stgnificant  differences for the impact of total puality management on the performance of teatchers in department of education in the Second Blue reason due to the element of sex in fauor of females .

The are on statistically significant delfences for the impact of total puality management on the performance of teatchers according to the element of specialization and years of esprience . According to the results of the study, researcher presentel a number of recommendations.
