The Functional (Professional) Job Satisfaction of Faculty Members in the College of Princess Alia University for the Teaching Profession in the Light of some Variables

this study aimed to identify Of satisfaction of faculty members in the College of Princess Alia University, for the teaching profession in the light of some variables. The study sample (93) Education teach in high University College Princess, and to achieve the objectives of the study researchers prepared a questionnaire consisted final form of (40) items distributed on five areas: the area of the nature of the work, and complacency, the physical aspects, the relationship with colleagues and superiors, and social status of the teaching profession, and the results showed the following study: (the degree of satisfaction of faculty members in the College of Princess Alia university, for the teaching profession came moderately. (There were significant differences in the degree of satisfaction of faculty members in the field of complacency due to gender differences (in favor of males) than females
As there are no statistically significant differences at the level of the degree of satisfaction of faculty members on the degree of satisfaction with Menthe teaching, according to the type variable in the four other areas in the overall tool, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of satisfaction of faculty members on the degree of satisfaction differences for the teaching profession , according to academic rank variable, and so on all areas of the college and study tool, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of satisfaction for Menthe teaching, according to years of experience, and so on all areas of the college and study tool.
In light of the findings of researchers recommends to the need to pay attention to increase the salaries of faculty members to cover the cost of living, and the need to seek direct administration to pay attention to organ faculty excellence through the provision of material and moral incentives.
