This study aimed to develop common dimensions of the quality of education Services in the Arab Region; in order to improve the quality of out put. A sample (716) college students, 485 from faculty of Arts- Alexandria and 234 from faculty of Education-Kuwait. Their ages ranged between 18 and 24 years. They responded to three scales: Service Quality in Higher Education and general satisfaction and total quality. The results showed the students in Kuwait were more satisfied about the services quality and total quality. - Significant positive correlations were found between Sqhed and general satisfaction and total quality. - Multiple regression analysis in total sample showed that professor performance was the only factor that predicted total quality and general satisfaction.
