       There is no doubt that the world is witnessing a series of rapid changes that necessitated the community organizations that are working to expand its activities despite the limited alternatives available, so was the importance of strategic alliances as one of the alternatives that can enable organizations to increase their efficiency and competitiveness, and that universities are not immune to any change in the society in which affect and are affected by it and by virtue of its social responsibility General Egyptian Universities and the University of Banha especially need strategic alliances in order to improve its social responsibility towards its students and its members and society.
The present study aimed to

Interpretation of the importance of strategic alliances between universities in the light of the global challenges.
Identify the broad sense of social responsibility (community) for universities.
Identify the role of strategic alliances in support and build the social responsibility of universities.
The most important findings of the current study results:
I have a sample of the importance of the faith of members of the social responsibility of the University.
The concept of strategic alliances is unclear for most of the sample, although there are a lot of cooperation between the universities and the University of Banha regional and global contracts but most faculty members are not aware of them.
There is no center or a specialized unit to manage alliances and cooperation protocols.
Strategic alliances have a significant role in supporting and building the social responsibility of the University.
