The present study aimed to analyze the written activities and exercises for material science from the fourth grade to grade one-third middle school chapters semesters (I and II) totaling (12) book for the academic year (2013-2014) in Egypt, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and designed tools for the analysis of activities, questions and exercises It has been confirmed validity and reliability, and the study found many of the most important results :- For scientific activities: -lm be recorded any activity in the emotional side in the books of activities and exercises of the fourth grade at the third preparatory grade, and the proportion of cognitive activities were higher in the fourth rows primary and first and third preparatory, Amaelsafov fifth, sixth and second middle school was the proportion of activities footwork higher cognitive small margin And the proportion of remembrance activities was higher than the application and understanding in the books of activities and exercises the 12 book activities , as well as most of the activities were of the type of applied followed by practical experiences activities , then activities Enrichment The activities therapeutic , it has found that the skills of basic and integrative processes of science and received in the scientific activities contained books activities and exercises to varying degrees , and the most important conclusion of communication and observation and experimentation occupied the highest rates , were not registered any activity in the definition procedural operations - adjust the variables - and the imposition of hypotheses . For questions, there were close to half a balance between essay questions and substantive questions ratio , and a higher proportion of the questions were of the level of remembrance , followed by understanding and application , and no registration questions to the levels of analysis, synthesis and evaluation , and the vast majority of the questions were in the cognitive side , and check the target cognitive science teaching , very few and the proportion of dealing with the emotional field and skill to achieve the goal of teaching science , did not address any questions in the emotional field. The study recommended the attention of activities and the questions and exercises at different levels and areas and species .
