Experience of distance education in kindergarten Kuwait during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

  The study aimed to identify the most important pros and difficulties of the experience of distance education in kindergarten in Kuwait during the Covid-19 pandemic from the point of view of female teachers, and the sample of the study consisted of (100) teachers selected in the random way, and the study used the descriptive curriculum Analytically, the most important results found positives and difficulties for the experience of distance education at a high degree, with an average calculation (3.58) and (4.19), and the highest paragraphs were the focus of the positives "Achieving the health security of children and teachers" "Distance education contributes to crisis adaptation" and "Parents feel reassured about their children,"" and the less appreciated paragraphs from the study sample's point of view received the paragraph "Distance education raises attendance" and "Distance education improves the child's performance and educational skills." On the other hand, the results of the most important difficulties were the distance of "difficulties faced by the child" with an average account (4.30), the most prominent of which were: "the difficulty of developing the motor skills of the child" and "the difficulty of dealing and solving psychological and behavioral problems of children" and the difficulty of social communication. The results confirmed that there were no statistically significant differences in the study variables (scientific qualification, educational area, access to training courses), while differences were found at the axis of difficulties related to the child for the experience changer for the benefit of experienced people from 5-15 years.
