دور الإدارة الجامعية في مواجهة ظاهرة العنف الطلابي في الجامعات الأردنية

        This study aimed at recognizing the role of university administration in facing student violence phenomenon at Jordanian university.
        The study population consisted of all both education and science colleges students in Bachelor stage at yarmouk university, who were (5592), the study sample consisted of (560) male and female students who were chosen randomly. In order to a chive the study purpose, a questionnaire consisted of (28) items was designed and distributed into four domains, it's purpose was insured by showing it to asset arbitrators with experience at yarmouk university, also it's validity was insured by applying it on a sample out the study sample then reapplying it again on the same sample after two weeks, after distributing the questionnaire into the study ample and they answered on it, the data were collected and the researcher used the suitable statistical treatments.
The study reached into the following findings:     
-         The role of university administration in facing the phenomenon of students violence at Jordanian university was in middle degree.
-         There were no statistical differences at level (а=0.05) in the means of the study sample members responses due to sex variable on the instrument as whole and on all domains.
-         There were no statistical differences at level (а=0.05) in the means of the study sample members responses due to college variable on the instrument as whole and in all domains.
-          There were no statistical differences at level (а=0.05) in the means of the study sample members responses due to resident place variable on the instrument as whole and on the domain of student activity and the difference were in favor of city.
-         The study suggested asset of recommendations such as: finding observation system in all university buildings by using observing camera.
