Abstract The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a training program at improving integrated classroom teachers’ skills in distance education during the COVID-19 Pandemic. The goal of the training program was to develop teachers’ skills using distance education in an integrated classroom. The sample of the study consisted of (14) teachers divided into two groups, one control (7 teachers) and the other experimental (7 teachers). Teachers’ performance was evaluated based on the Teaching Performance Skills Observation List (prepared by Hanan Nagy). The training program employed a set of distance education strategies for teaching students with disabilities. A trainer’s guide and a trainee’s guide were prepared to support the process of the training. Results showed the efficacy of the training program at improving integrated classroom teachers’ skills in distance education.
