Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of integrated school administrations in enhancing ethical values among regular students towards students with disabilities in government education in Kuwait. This study relied on the descriptive method. The study population consisted of male and female teachers from primary, middle, and high school stages in government education schools in Kuwait, selected based on a simple random sampling method, with the sample size amounting to 1282. The highest rank was occupied by (human relations) with a mean score of 4.42 at a very high level of estimation. The last rank was (community partnership) with a mean score of 4.15. The differences favored female schools in community participation. The study recommended the importance of developing and enhancing community partnership through the engagement in voluntary works by interested or specialized individuals in schools, especially in male schools. The Ministry of Education should activate the role of the activities department in educational areas and encourage them to conduct workshops focusing on enhancing community partnership to promote ethical values in schools.
