This study examines the extent of organizational agility among heads of instructional departments in Kuwaiti public schools, as perceived by teachers. The study adopted a descriptive approach, utilizing a questionnaire as its tool that comprised (22) items. The study sample consisted of (1.116) male and female teachers in State of Kuwait, who were selected by a random cluster sample. Using statistical methods, the study revealed several key findings. Notably, teachers perceived heads of instructional departments to demonstrate a high degree of organizational agility. The results also revealed statistically significant differences in perceived organizational agility based on teachers’ years of experience, with those having more than 10 years rating higher. Additionally, specialization influenced perceptions, with "activities majors" reporting higher agility. Differences were also found based on the educational stage, favoring the elementary level. However, no significant differences were observed based on gender. The study yielded a number of pertinent recommendations.
