To achieve the study objectives, a descriptive approach with the questionnaire to collect information was used. The sample of study consisted of 192 female teachers. Results indicated that teachers' knowledge and employment level of the differentiated education was at a high level, and no statistically significant differences in the teachers' knowledge and employment level of the differentiated education attributed to the variables of s education qualification specialization and number of years in teaching experience, while signification differences found in the teachers’ employment level of differentiated education only on the variable of school type and in favor of primary school for boys. The study recommended the necessity of enhancing knowledge of differentiated education among female teachers and employing it in teaching students with special educational needs in elementary mainstream schools in Kuwait and maintaining high levels achieved.
