Abstract

Life imposed the inevitability of change on everything; continuity became a form of imagination, and the imperatives of change appeared on the educational domain, while it was called "educational change", and knowledge about it increased in recent decades; Which is considered a field of knowledge. The literature on change has become more important and voluminous than that on continuity, being more explicit, and threatening. Which made him the focus of attention of educators in general, and comparative educators in particular.
Comparative education gave way to the study of “educational change,” which constituted one of the concerns of the field, especially with the expansion of the fields of studies in it, and the diversity of the interests of comparative and international education, and despite the interest of comparative education in “educational change”; The field still lacks specific comparative frameworks for its practitioners to analyze educational change, except from simple attempts that did not fulfill the purpose. This was the need for the current study.
The study follows its methodology in the direction of the interest of the "Bray" cube in multi-level analysis, and is examined in part of its third aspect. Entitled “Aspects of Education and Society”, specifically examining “educational change,” and the study dealt with change, its aspects, models, and their analysis; And ended with the design of a proposed comparative framework; To analyze educational change and its causes. Its outcome is the development of studies related to the analysis of educational systems, and their various aspects, and making generalizations that benefit researchers and educational policy-makers.
