Abstract

 
هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التحقق من أن الشفقة بالذات متغير وسيط بين الإرهاق الأکاديمي والصمود الأکاديمي في ضوء النموذج البنائي بإستخدام أسلوب تحليل المسارات بين متغيرات الدراسة الحالية ، وکذا الکشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الشفقة بالذات وکل من الإرهاق والصمود الأکاديمي ، والتحقق من العلاقة بين الصمود الأکاديمي والإرهاق الأکاديمي ، وکذا الکشف عن الفروق بين البنين والبنات في متغيرات الدراسة الحالية .وتکونت العينة الأساسية للدراسة  من 108 طالبا ، 160 طالبة من طلاب الفرقة الثانية تعليم أساسي بکلية التربية جامعة دمنهور من الطلاب المقيدين بالکلية في العام الدراسي 2015/2016م
