The current research aimed at identifying training program effectiveness in limiting undergraduates' academic procrastination, identifying its effect in their achievement motivational orientation, and identifying the remaining effect of the training program .The Quasi-experimental method was used because it is suitable for research nature and aims. Research sample included (60) first year undergraduates in faculty of education, Beni-Suef university; divided into experimental group (n=30) and control group (n=30). The following tools were used: Academic Procrastination Scale by Mccloskey (2011) and adapted by the researcher; Achievement Motivational Orientation Scale by Lepper et al., (2005) and adapted by the researcher; and the training program by the researcher. By using SPSS (22) and "T" test, research results revealed the effectiveness of the training program in limiting undergraduates' academic procrastination and modifying their achievement motivational orientation and the remaining effect of the training program for experimental group.
