Abstract

Abstract
The current study aims to identify the quality standards in the design of electronic tests and the degree of their availability in the tests at Jinan University  ,in order to benefit  from its results and avoid errors that occur when designing electronic  tests ,which may affect the quality of educational outcomes.. The importance of the study lies in informing those responsible  for the current reality. Also, to draw the attention of educational   officials at Jinan University   to the need to form committees in the College   of Education to improve the quality of electronic tests.
This study was launched in answering   the following main question:
What are the availability of the quality standards  in electronic tests  from the point of view of faculty members  and the students  at the College of Education –Jinan University ,in light of the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic ,which led to the closure of universities  and schools ,and the activation  of the system  Distance education ,this reality forced the university to adopt  assessment through electronic  tests which is  the most appropriate method under the current conditions used to measure students  achievement .Therefore ,it was necessary to determine the availability of quality standards  in those tests.
The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach tool .Two forms were prepared ,one for the faculty members and the other for the  students .The most important results were the availability of quality  standards  to a more than average degree in the electronic tests from the point  of view  of  faculty members and students at Jinan University.
