A Suggested Model for Enhancing Organizational Justice Practices in Higher Education Institutions In the Sultanate of Oman

Abstract

This study aims at developing a suggested Model for activating the Organizational Justice in the Institutions of higher education In the Sultanate of Oman And to recognize the applicability of the model in higher education institutions. The measure includes in its final version (63) criteria which meet the standard criteria for credibility. It was represented by distributional justice, transactional justice, procedural justice, and evaluative justice. The researchers used approach analytical descriptive aspect; Due to its suitability for the purposes of the study, the study community consists of a group of experts and specialists in higher education institutions in the Sultanate of Oman and Jordan, numbering (20) individuals for the academic year 2022/2021, the reliability coefficient of tool is (91). Based on the findings of this research, it is recommended to applying of a suggested Model Suggested for activating the Organizational Justice in the Institutions of higher. The two researchers recommend that educational institutions in the Arab countries apply the model and benefit from it in activating the practice of organisational justice in a way that contributes to improving their performance, given their need for models to achieve organisational justice in them.
