Proposed strategy to enhance the Organizational DNA of Industrial secondary education schools in Menoufia Governorate to achieve Strategic Supremacy

Abstract

        Industrial secondary education is the basis for the progress of societies. It is the main source for supplying the labor market with trained human resources capable of innovation and technological progress. Industrial secondary education schools face rapid and successive challenges and changes represented by fierce competition from other schools. Schools will not be able to deal with these challenges with the same prevailing administrative methods. Therefore, they need to strengthen their Organizational DNA to face these challenges.
       The Organizational DNA refers to the special identity of the school that makes it unique from other schools with distinctive characteristics that enable it to excel and compete in the internal and external environment in order to achieve Strategic Supremacy.
      The main objective of the research is to build a proposed strategy to enhance the Organizational DNA of industrial secondary education schools in Menoufia Governorate in order to achieve Strategic Supremacy.
       Based on the nature of the research, its problem, and to achieve its objectives, the current research relies on the descriptive approach to monitor the reality of the Organizational DNA in industrial secondary education schools in Menoufia Governorate. The research uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal and external environment affecting the organizational DNA in industrial secondary education schools in Menoufia Governorate.
        The research concluded that the total availability of Organizational DNA dimensions in industrial secondary education schools in Menoufia Governorate was at a medium level from the point of view of the research sample individuals. In light of the results of the evaluation form for internal and external environmental elements and exploring the most influential elements in Organizational DNA in industrial secondary education schools in Menoufia Governorate, and formulating strategic alternatives and options, a proposed strategy was developed to enhance organizational DNA in industrial secondaryeducation schools in Menoufia Governorate in a way that achieves Strategic Supremacy.
