This study aimed to identify the level of problems most commonly encountered by students at the Joint Gifted Academy in the State of Kuwait, as perceived by the students themselves. The study employed a descriptive research methodology and was conducted on a sample of 112 gifted students enrolled in grades 10, 11, and 12. The participants were purposively selected from the Joint Gifted Academy for Boys, affiliated with the Sabah Al-Ahmad Center for Giftedness and Creativity in Kuwait. A questionnaire was utilized to assess the perceived level of problems. The findings revealed that the overall level of problems perceived by the gifted students was low. The most commonly reported problems were family-related, followed by student-related and school-related issues. Furthermore, the results indicated no statistically significant differences in students’ perceptions of problem levels based on grade level (10th, 11th, or 12th grade). The study concluded with a set of recommendations, including the development of training programs aimed at helping students manage and cope with various challenges they may encounter.
